To avoid being a part of this statistic, you can try taking a class at your current brokerage or watch a few webinars, but that can lead to a lot of contradictory solutions to your problem. And if nothing gets fixed, you might have to quit real estate altogether and start looking for another career.
Thankfully, you won’t have to do any of that, and today I’ll tell you why.
My name is Jessica Macias, and my team and I are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to attain a healthy work-family balance to join us. If you join our team, you’ll be given the systems, structure, and support to achieve a consistent level of production. We’ll show you how to find and convert deals and make more money. For most new agents, 10 deals a year is difficult to achieve, but on our team, that’s a standard benchmark.
I’ve been in the industry for 10 years, so I speak from an area of expertise. I started at the bottom as a marketing assistant and worked my way through every position. Once I got my license, I did 16 deals my first year. Within 2 years, I was averaging 30 deals per year.
Other brokerages don’t have the same level of mentorship, support, and accountability we offer. Who you surround yourself with is critical to your success, and surrounding yourself with the people on our team will provide the perfect environment for your career to prosper. We have a supportive, close-knit office culture and a support staff of listing managers and different assistants. We also have a transaction coordinator and an ISA company to assist with our leads.
Our listing presentation enables our agents to average a 6% commission, with 3.5% of that on the listing side. We also provide tried-and-true follow-up procedures to convert our leads. By implementing the tools, systems, and structure we have, you’ll learn invaluable sales skills that will generate the consistency and stability you’re seeking. This will set you up to be successful for life.
There are always other career options for you to pursue, of course. You could join a brokerage that offers higher splits per transaction, but they won’t offer the same level of support we do in order to attain the consistency you need. You’ll make more money per transaction, but you won’t be able to close enough deals to make those splits count.
Another option is to join a top-producer team. In this case, you’ll be handed a lot of deals at a lower split, but your team leader might not be able to teach you the tools and skills you’ll need to grow your own brand.
You can also join a larger national brokerage that claims to have a great training program, but they don’t have the kind of one-on-one mentorship you need to take the next step in your career. In fact, there are a lot of agents at these brokerages who generate less business than what the average agent does.

For example, we have an agent on our team who came to us from a national brokerage who’d only closed one deal in his first six months there. In the first six months with our company, he has already closed 12 deals, and he’s on track to double that in the following 12 months.

Now she’s in her third year, and not only does she get almost all of her business from her friends and family (sphere of influence), but she spends very little on marketing and is on track to close 24 deals this year.
What can we offer you?
First, you’ll get a 50/50 split for all team-generated leads. If our ISA company calls and converts a lead for you and hands you a ready buyer, the split is 40/60. For self-generated leads for the first $50,000 GCI you bring in, the split is 70/30. For the next $50,000 GCI you bring in the split increases to 80/20. Once you exceed $100,000 GCI, you’ll be given a 90/10 split until your anniversary date of joining the team. This system then resets after each year.
Before you can start building your brand, you’ll undergo an eight-week training boot camp that teaches you the skills you need to jumpstart your production. After that, you’ll have immediate access to our database of over 5,000 leads, and we’ll also set up and pay for your first year of sphere-of-influence marketing.
